A Letter to Our Clients


We hope this finds everyone well in light of our current health threat.

 

First, let me state that our utmost concern is for the well being of our staff and clients. Secondly, we want to continue to provide our customers with the level of service they have come to expect. While we will continue to monitor the situation closely, as of now, March 16 2020,   John’s Computer Service will remain open. We will be initiating enhanced cleaning and sanitizing efforts on our equipment and any equipment that clients may drop off for repair. We will also be implementing these same type of increased sanitizing efforts to clients whom we service onsite.

 

Even though we are confident that these efforts will be successful in keeping clients safe, as a reminder, we also offer remote service should clients feel more comfortable with not coming in or out technicians visiting their homes and businesses. 

We are and will remain here for you just as we have been through the last 22 years. We appreciate your support of not only our small business during this difficult time, but other small businesses in our community as well.
