Repair:
We service individual as well as small business customers. Our technicians can repair or troubleshoot Dell, HP, Compaq, and all other brands of computers that are running any version of Microsoft Windows including Windows 2008 Server.

All rates are per technician.
There is a $35.00 minimum for on-site appointments.

In addition to repairing and selling systems, John's Computer Service technicians are trained and experienced in installing both wired and secured wireless networks. We can also setup printer sharing, and have significant experience with working with most local and national high speed Internet providers such as Comcast, Ntelos, Verizon, Earthlink, Wild Blue, and HughesNet.

John has been in the computer business for over 11 years. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Information Systems Technology.
He is active in the Greater Augusta Chamber of Commerce and is the current Board Chairman.
Shirley
Office Manager
Shirley has been with John's Computer Service since 2005. She works with our customers, handles our accounting, and manages staff activities.
Marie
Admin. Assistant
Marie has been with John's Computer Service since 2008. She schedules appointments and is our afternoon customer service rep.
Justin
On-Site Technician
Justin has 5 years experience in the computer repair and service field. He currently has A+ and Network+ Certification.
Tracey
In-Office Technician
Tracey has 20 years experience with computer repair and service. She
has her Associates Degree in Information Systems Technology, additional certification in Network Technology and is
A+ certified.
